Shipping Policy

Processing times

  • All orders are made to order.

  • Production time is usually 3–7 business days before dispatch, depending on print complexity and order volume.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic shipping (Australia)

  • Orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia via Australia Post.

  • Standard and Express options are available at checkout.

Standard shipping (Parcel Post)

  • Flat rates based on order weight (shown at checkout).

  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $90.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch (AusPost timeframes may vary by location).

Express shipping (Express Post)

  • Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days after dispatch to most metro areas.

  • Express does not guarantee same‑day or next‑day delivery, but is prioritised by the carrier.

Delivery time estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier backlogs, public holidays, or remote locations are outside my control.


International shipping

I currently ship to selected international regions, including:

  • New Zealand

  • Asia Pacific (selected countries)

  • United States & Canada

  • United Kingdom & Europe

If your country is not available at checkout, I’m not currently able to ship there.

International standard shipping

  • International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard (or an equivalent tracked service).

  • Flat shipping rates are charged based on destination region and order weight (shown at checkout).

  • Typical delivery time is 6–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local postal services.

Free international shipping

  • Free international standard shipping is available on orders over $160 to the regions listed above (New Zealand, Asia Pacific, United States & Canada, United Kingdom & Europe).

  • Orders shipping to any other countries (if and when enabled) do not qualify for free international shipping and will always be charged a shipping fee.

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, service suspensions, or unreliable delivery. If I’m unable to ship to your country after you place an order, I will contact you and issue a refund.


Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in my product prices or shipping rates.

  • The buyer is responsible for paying any customs, duties or import fees that may apply in their country.

  • I cannot control or predict these charges and I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please check your local customs rules if you’re unsure what fees may apply.


Order tracking

  • All shipped orders include tracking where available from the carrier.

  • Tracking details are emailed to you automatically when your order is dispatched.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please check:

    • The local carrier site using the tracking number

    • Your local customs office for any holds

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact me with your order number and tracking ID.


Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

  • If a parcel is significantly delayed beyond the carrier’s estimated timeframe, I’m happy to help lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

  • I am not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

    • Carrier delays, strikes or service disruptions

    • Customs processing or inspections

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

I’ll assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.


Address accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realise there is a mistake, contact me as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can resend it once you pay the additional shipping cost.


Changes and cancellations

Because orders are produced to order:

  • Changes or cancellations are only possible before printing has started.

  • If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact me immediately with your order number.

Once production has begun, I may not be able to change or cancel the order.
